A Question to bear in mind when creating any new promotions
Q) - I’ve set up a promotion code “WATLODGEDIS” to give 20% off certain tickets. When I go to the button configuration on the till and try to create the promotion button. In the drop down “promotion scheme” dropdown there are no promotions listed. Can you advise how I associate a scheme with a button?
A) - Promotion set to everyone, changed to selected and now can add to a button. There are no products added to this promotion at the moment so this needs to be done before it can be active.
