1. Promotions not working on some Merac tills.

Issue: Promotions not working on some Mstore tills.

First and obvious thing to check would be that till data has been re created

There is also an issue where if the Language setting on the PC is set to US rather than UK this may cause an issue.

This was particularly noticeable on Windows 11 installation.

Installing the UK language pack and setting the PC to use UK resolved the issue.

Confirmation from a customer below;

I can now confirm that it was the date format. 

On the other till I changed the date format only and promotions started working.
I suspect PMStore grabs the local date as a string and uses it to compare with the start/end date. As the format was different than expected, the date fell out of range which made the promotion invalid.

I changed the region and  language settings just in case we had another Winddows update defaulting regional settings.
