1. Unable to delete sessions when set to Exclusive Not Available

If you have sessions set to 'Exclusive' or 'Not Available' and try to delete or cancel them, back office will not allow you to do so in more recent versions. This was put in place to resolve an issue raised from deleting sessions in this status. 

Solution:

Update the session to make it 'Available'

The system will then allow you to remove it or cancel it:
