When completing bookings via the outstanding bookings tool, the booking in question MUST have a valid price break for the day of booking.
If completed for a day there is NOT a valid price break, the system will not pick up the correct VAT rate and anything set as standard rate VAT (or any other VAT rate) will be recorded as Z and zero vat amount.
