Why are my PLUs not showing up on the tills when scanned coming up with the error Item not found
Q) - Why are my PLU’s not showing up on the tills when scanned, coming up with the error “Item not found” ?
A) - The reason for this most of the times is when Items are added correctly to the database via the back office, The user must always recreate till data and update the tills in order for these items to start showing up when scanned.
