Bixolon printer re calibration
When trying to print tickets to the Bixolon printer.
It feeds multiple tickets through causing ticket wastage.
It may just be that the printer needs re calibrating to the ticket stock.
There’s separate instructions for calibrating labels with gap sensors and labels with black timing marks. Make sure you are using the correct one!
Below are the instructions for calibrating a Bixolon SLP-DX420:
Gap Sensor Calibration
- Press and hold the Pause button for 2 Seconds
- Press the Feed button when LED 1 is orange and LED 2 blinks green 4 times
Black Timing Mark
- Press and hold the Pause button for 2 Seconds
- Press the Feed button when LED 1 is orange and LED 2 blinks orange 4 times
