An issue reported recently was to do with footfall being recorded against the 01st Jan 2000
After some investigation it turns out that this is down to having 'Open Dated' ticked on the PLU where footfall is also included.
If using footfall, you will need to remove the open dates tick box otherwise footfall will be recorded against an incorrect date and therefore the daily figures will be incorrect.
(In this instance the support team can manually correct the footfall figures database side)
