General Policy
If Microsoft withdraw mainstream support for an operating system, we will also withdraw general support for it at that time on the basis that if a fault arises in Merac, we can't test any fixes on an unsupported operating system.
It may be possible to continue supporting outdated Windows versions for a limited time, but this would be at an increased cost to reflect the increased cost of purchasing additional support from Microsoft.
