The Merac User Guide is maintained by the Product Development Team. The Product Development team also provide Release Notes, and Online Service Status Page, and Webinars which have been recorded and made available for customers who were not able to attend the monthly customer webinars. Contact Support who can let you know how to join the next one. Previous episodes can be viewed on Merac YouTube.

In addition to the information provided the Product Development Team, the Support Team have a knowledgebase which is constantly being added to in the Merac FAQ section. Articles in that section are typically FAQs where the Support Team has helped a customer with something, and then created an article to document this if they think that other customers might benefit, and therefore be able to find help themselves very quickly without having to raise a support ticket.
