Block Seats Option
Introduction
For customers who use ‘Sessions’ that are linked to a ‘Seating Plan’ then there is the ability to ‘Block Seats’ for a specific ‘Session’. This is a way of preventing specified seats from being available to be booked until they are required on a session-by-session basis. This could be to reserve them e.g. for an external agency, for VIP’s, or simply for management purposes.
This document explains how to block and unblock seats only, it is outside the scope of this manual to cover how to set up ‘Sessions’ or ‘Seating Plans’. If any training or consultancy is required on the set-up, or use of ‘Sessions’, ‘ Seating Plans’, or the ‘Block Seats’ functionality, then lease contact your Customer Success Manager and they will be able to provide a quote for your training needs.
