Booking Confirmation Email Template Custom Header Image Reverting

Issue

If you are experiencing where your booking confirmation email custom header image keeps reverting to another image, this can be due to the way the system is setup to work.

When you upload a new image to a booking confirmation email template, the system saves this image, and then the booking confirmation email template references this image via its name.

If you then upload a different image with the same name, this image won't be saved as the original image cannot be overwritten. So the original image will continue to show when you view the page again.

Solution

To overcome this, we recommend to give each new booking confirmation email template custom header image a different  name to prevent this from occurring.
