If you would like to discount PLU Group items on your website, you will need to setup an Internet Voucher that is Basket Reducing, with a Refund Resource set. This will add a separate line in the basket when recalling the booking, that involves the discount.
This is because when the PLU Group item is recalled on the till, the price will always be recalculated to the value of the Group PLU's, even if the PLU was discounted online. However, this will discount the whole online basket, whether by percentage or value of reduction.
The Basket Reducing and Refund Resource can be found in the below two places:
Internet Voucher/Coupons Screen Within the Back Office.
Discount Vouchers within the Online Back Office Portal.
Once this Internet Voucher has been setup, and used online, recalling a booking that has this applied, you can see there is a separate promotion discount line in the basket.
