Duplication of tickets on website

If you are finding that you have tickets duplicate on the website as below where the description is only shown once and then subsequently with quotation marks:

This is down to the fact the website thinks there are multiple different time slots available. 

When sessions are not used, the system uses the calendar to define which days the PLU can be sold and the time slot to define at which times the tickets are available. 

In the instance where you have a time slot with multiple times, these will be treated as separate time slots available to book and therefore will result in duplication. 

By updating the time slot (or creating a new one if used elsewhere) to only have a specific time, this will remove duplication:
