Membership photos online not displaying in back office

If you use membership photos online and they are not pulling through to back office this will most likely be down to the fact that the Merac Image Transfer Service has stopped server side. 

This service pulls the saved photos from the website over to the application server where they can be accessed by the back office software. 

 

Troubleshooting:

Log into your database server (If you don't have access please contact your IT team)

You will find a service called Merac MemberPhoto Transfer Service:

If this is stopped, please give it a restart. If this is running will still be worth giving the service a restart.
