You can view the Merac online services status page here: https://k3mstore.instatus.com/. This will show the current status of our Merac online services, and any planned maintenance that is scheduled in the future.
Getting Updates For Online Services
You can sign up to receive updates for specific services by clicking on Get Updates and choosing your preferred communication method.
From there, you can choose to Get all status update or Only specific components, then choose which service you would like to get updates for and click Subscribe. You will then receive updates via your chosen communication method.
We have three websites: shop.myonlinebooking.co.uk, buy.myonlinebooking.co.uk and buy2.myonlinebooking.co.uk, hosted on three respective web servers: SHOP, BUY and BUY2.
If you want to know which server you are hosted on, you can have a look in the Base URL field in System Options, Integration within the Back Office (shown below). It's possible that your company have used their own URL, in which case you are likely to be on the SHOP server.
Getting Updates For Planned Maintenance Downtime
You can also Subscribe to Planned maintenance downtime, to get updates when this finishes. To do this, you need to click Subscribe on the planned maintenance, and choose your preferred communication method. You will then receive updates via your chosen communication method.
