MeracUpdater warning

Occasionally, the MeracUpdater may stop running on the till. When this happens, transactions will not update to the database, causing the till to malfunction and transactions to remain stuck.

To resolve this issue:

  1. Restart the Till: A simple shutdown and restart of the till often resolves the issue without requiring support intervention.

  2. Contact Support: If restarting the till does not work, support can manually restart the MeracUpdater service in the system services.

Following these steps should help restore normal till functionality.
