Network Requirements For Merac Website Hosting

If you use Merac to host your ticketing, membership and/or webshop websites, then you will need to make sure the below requirements are in place to make sure our web servers can access the Merac database if this is hosted on a customers server.

You will need to setup a port forwarding rule on your local network, to have port 22221 forward to the local IP address of your server where the Merac database and API is located.

If your network requires to whitelist external IP addresses, please whitelist the below IP's:

  • 109.228.28.169
  • 109.228.46.91
  • 109.228.56.35
  • 109.228.58.205
  • 109.228.59.148
