Numeric Overflow Error When Screening Or Printing Time Of Day Analysis

If you are changing parameters and screening or printing the Time Of Day Analysis report, and you receive the below Numeric overflow.

This is because the report can only run with whole hours inserted into the From Time and To Time, in the format of XX:00. If you make sure this is correct, the report will no longer show the above error.
