Online shop missing items
This article deals with issues where items are not showing on the Web Shop.
This could include missing items, out of data prices or details.
The Web Shop updates overnight.
However, if there is an error and this process is interrupted, the above issue may occur.
This should rectify itself overnight with the next update.
However, it is possible to force this update in Merac Back Office.
To do this go into templates and select Website Login
Update Images and data.
This should update all items and associated data to the website.
