ReceiptsKitchen Order Slips Not Printing Correctly After Being Set In Till Configuration
If you have changed or set a printer up on a till for the first time in Till Configuration, and the document does not print correctly, this could be due to the new printer assigned to the till may be an OPOS printer, and the new one might be installed via Windows, which means the printer would need OPOS/Windows documents, as they cannot be used interchangeably.
Your first test would be to go into Till Configuration, Alter Default Till Documents and tick and untick all options, making sure you set the non-default document designs back to the original one. Then recreate till data and update the till. Then try printing the same document again, to see if the document is displaying better.
