Remove This Membership Renewal Qualifies For A Discount Text On Online Membership Renewal Page

If you would like to remove the text 'This membership renewal qualifies For a discount' on the online membership renewal page, then there are two website config options that you will need to update.

You will first need to follow Update Website Configuration Options In Your Website Back Office Portal to get to the configuration page. Once you are here, you will need to set the two website configuration settings, in bold below, to 0.

  • RENEWALXDAYSBEFORE - Default is 90. Number of days before the expiry of a membership that a renewal discount can be provided.  
  • RENEWALXDAYSAFTER - Default is 0. Number of days after the expiry of a membership that a renewal discount can be provided.

Most Internet browsers allow you to search for text on a page, to make this easier to find. To do this, press Ctrl + F. You can then type in the phrase you are looking for in the box that appears. These options may not always be together.

If you still cannot find this option, please do send a request in via the support portal here. Support can then add these configuration settings to your configuration page.
