VeriFones Ocius Sentinel Software Will Not Supported In Windows 11 By VeriFone

We have been made aware that VeriFone will not support their Ocius Sentinel software (used by VeriFone VX820 card machines) with the Windows 11 operating system.

Therefore, customers using Ocius Sentinel software and VeriFone VX820 card machines who are looking to upgrade their tills operating system to Windows 11, are advised to speak to their Customer Success manager to look at their options moving away from Ocius Sentinel, moving to the Merac VeriFone wrapper, using VeriFone P400 card machines or other providers.
